Curt, this is a reminder that you were going to post instructions on how to shop at food giveaways. I’m writing a follow-up article for the Hearsay News and it would be nice to include a how to. Thanks, StuArt
Hi!
This is Ruth, Curt’s wife. Curt has been working on those how-to instructions and I just reminded him. We will let you know when it is up on the website.

So how does a senior get to the food?
Rico – there are two open food days that you can attend in Marin, one at the Salvation Army in San Rafael on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 AM, and one in Novato in the parking lot at the Hamilton Theatre at Hamilton Field on Thursdays at 9:45 AM.
Also, if you can’t get to either of those, we have a bag program on Saturdays where we can bring you a bag of food.
Please send an email to info@respectingourelders.org if you would like to be added to the bag list and provide your address and phone.
